Angola has achieved independence on November, 11th, 1975. Till 1991 Angola was National Republic with an one-party system. In March, 1991 the law, allowing formation of political parties has been passed. Now the official name of the country – Republic Angola. The constitution operating for today in the country, is considered enough advanced for a modern level of development of the Angola society.
